Frequently Asked Questions
Can I see the products in person before purchasing?

No. Arreda TV is an e-commerce store specializing in online sales and does not have a showroom open to the public. Our headquarters house our administrative and operational offices, but there is no product display area.

To help you choose with confidence, each item is accompanied by photographs, detailed descriptions, technical specifications, and measurements. Furthermore, our customer service team is always available to provide additional information, advice, and assistance in choosing the product best suited to your needs.
Is the product available in other colors or sizes?

The products featured on Arreda TV are generally offered in the finishes, colors, and dimensions indicated on the relevant product page. If an item is available in multiple variants, these will be clearly selectable on the product page. In case of any doubts or specific needs, we invite you to contact our customer service: we will verify the potential availability of alternative solutions or different versions.
How many days does it take to receive the goods? Is it possible to receive them sooner than the indicated times?

The delivery times are indicated on each product page and represent the maximum expected timeframe for the shipment and delivery of the order.

In most cases, we are able to deliver the products before the indicated timeframes, but times may vary based on manufacturer availability and the shipping destination.

If you need to receive the product by a specific date, we recommend contacting our customer service department before placing your order. We will be happy to check availability and confirm the expected delivery times for you.
Can you deliver the furniture to the floor and also assemble it?

Standard shipping includes free curbside delivery, meaning in front of the entrance to the house or apartment building.

If you would like to take advantage of delivery to your floor and/or the assembly service, you must request a feasibility check before purchasing.

The cost of the service is calculated on a case-by-case basis and depends on several factors, including:

  • the delivery location;
  • the floor of the residence and the possible presence of an elevator;
  • the type and dimensions of the product;
  • the complexity of the assembly.

Contact our customer service department, specifying the product you are interested in and the delivery address: we will provide you with a personalized, no-obligation quote.
Do you also deliver furniture abroad?

Yes, we also ship internationally.

Since shipping costs vary based on the destination country, product size, and delivery method, the quote is calculated on a case-by-case basis.

To receive a personalized offer, simply contact our customer service department, indicating:

  • the product of interest;
  • the full delivery address (country, city, and postal code).

We will send you a detailed quote with shipping costs and estimated delivery times as soon as possible.
